As marketer for our growing custom furniture company, you will be responsible for getting our world-class handmade furniture into the hearts and homes of both residential and commercial clients. To this end, you will guide email marketing and social media campaigns and help strategize content and distribution of all our marketing materials, both print and online. This includes the development and execution of creative campaigns to drive sales through traffic growth, higher opt-ins and conversions.

Responsibilities:

Design and execute strategies that automate and improve website conversions

Photograph premium email and social media creative working with the craftsmen in the shop

Maintain website content with clear branded messaging

Design, implement and optimize email marketing campaigns for customer engagement including building of lists and monitoring impact against ROI goals

Use A/B testing to improve email content and targeting for our various audiences

Analyze reports, use date to fine tune email strategy and content based on feedback

Create print advertising to complement digital campaigns

Skills and Experience:

4+ years digital marketing experience

Knowledge of luxury market and or handmade custom furniture a major plus

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience

Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator and WordPress

Proficient with a DSLR camera & editing files for print and web use

Experience with on and off page optimization, and management/analytical tools. Knowledge of all major social media platforms and their corresponding trends, and tools (specifically Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube)

Experience with e-mail marketing & newsletter campaigns, prior work with Active Campaign

Fluent in Mac OS

Organized and able to assist in administrative and tech support tasks

Proven success driving, measuring and analyzing content marketing campaigns

Experience in A/B testing and analytics strategies used in direct online channels (email, mobile notifications, social)

Expert Microsoft Office skills, including Excel

Excellent analytical skills with a creative approach to problem solving

Current with online marketing industry trends

The ideal candidate will enjoy being a part of a very creative woodshop, have a deep appreciation fine craft, be able to function independently but also work effectively as a team player.
