Warehouse Product Merchandising
An Asheville-based art supply company is looking for someone to join our fun and amazing crew. We are seeking a professional, dedicated, energetic, positive and adaptive person that can work well within a team environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills and be highly organized, but wont mind stretching their legs to manage various warehouse and product tasks, while dodging scooters zipping around and dogs that may be gallivanting through the warehouse.
Skills required;
Data entry experience and strong organizational skills.
Effective listening and analytical skills, as well as the ability to summarize information and offer solutions.
Excellent time management and administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
Warehouse organization/signage/floor moves
Stocking warehouse supplies & marketing materials
Data entry, inputting new items details, descriptions, notes and measurements into our internal system, Netsuite
Photographing new and old products, editing and adjusting images in Illustrator
Working with our warehouse location ID system
Basic organizing of product layouts on our webstore
Organizing and filing some paperwork
Assisting administration with various tasks
Being an all-around team player
Applicant will need to follow precise in-house guidelines and be self-motivated. High computer proficiency is REQUIRED. Knowledge of Excel, MS Office, and graphic design as it relates to sales and marketing is a plus. Netsuite experience is a huge plus.
