Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reviewing current work practices to identify areas in which quality or productivity could be improve
- Conducting internal quality audits
- Coordinating systems to monitor customer satisfaction levels
- Monitoring the manufacturing process at different stages
- Writing reports on test results and quality problems
- Identify inconsistencies and discover their causes
- Use test equipment to evaluate characteristics of raw material and finished goods
- Use computer systems to track their time, activities, and product movements
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum of 2ÂyearsÂofÂmanufacturingÂexperience with at least 1 year of quality inspection/audit experienceÂ
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work well independently or in a team
- Excellent verbalÂskillsÂto communicateÂwith employees on the production floor and stop the production process when a defect or flaw is identified
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- High standard in computer literacy
- Ability to become technically competent in the manufacturing process to be managed
- Ability to prioritize work and work as a team to meet shared schedules

Hours of Work:Â 2nd Shift -Â2:55 pm to 11:05 pm and 3rdÂShift - 10:55 pm to 7:05 amÂ
