Helpmate is hiring full-time, part-time and PRN advocate positions in our domestic violence shelter. Evening, overnight, and weekend work required. The primary responsibilities of this position are to provide support, service coordination and advocacy for survivors of domestic violence. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills are required. Diverse candidates encouraged to apply. Experience in social work, human services or related field required. Bachelors in Human Service related field preferred. Pay incentives available for directly related work experience and/or bilingual fluency in Spanish, Russian, Moldovan or Ukrainian.
