Chai Pani Restaurant Group is a growing company seeking an Office Manager at our headquarters in Downtown Asheville.

Primary Responsibilities:
Executive Function:
Take note of executive commitments and aid in reminders and implementation
Maintain executive schedule and calendar
Assist in booking and planning travel for Executive team members
Track relevant expenses and liaise with finance for reimbursements
Follow-up on executive action points from meetings, conversations, and correspondences - be vigilant about taking ownership of tasks and seeing them all the way through. Always offer status updates along the way (working on it, completed, etc.)
Provide specific support for internal and external communication efforts, such as drafting/editing messages, emails, and other company announcements and correspondence, as needed
Manage the operations of company email addresses through G-Suite and maintain current company email list
Manage Google Drive maintenance and ensure that Drive is always shared with the appropriate people
Track all incoming emails, ensuring that messages are promptly being responded to and forwarding to executives, as needed
Respond to, track, and mail all gift card donations
Assist with meeting preparation including creating and maintaining agendas and task lists
Office Function:
Welcome guests and customers into the office by greeting them and helping them to where they need to go. Always ensure that enlightened hospitality is extended to anyone that enters the office. Mindblast them!
Answer office phones and check voicemail daily. Direct calls and messages to the appropriate people.
Put away and/or re-route all incoming and outgoing mail & packages to the appropriate places
Manage donation requests and online merchandise sales
Maintain office supply inventory by checking stock and ordering items, as needed (paper, pens, etc.)
Keep kitchen, bathroom, and all other communal areas stocked with all necessities (paper towels, tissues, etc.)
Manage the communication and scheduling of the regular cleaning service
On weeks when the cleaners are not coming, take the trash and recycling out, as needed.
Coordinate the scheduling of office repair and maintenance
Manage merchandise inventory for CPRG restaurants and logistical oversight of restocking orders
Liaison for fixing computer, internet and IT issues
Communication:
Be available to all office staff members and guests on a daily basis
Briefing with executives, as needed
The Essentials:
This is a Monday to Friday Office Hours position (9am to 5pm)
Relevant candidates must have extensive comfort in G-Suite products - from google drive to email to hangouts
This position acts as tech support in many ways - while we don't need a tech background per say - a strong background in deductive reasoning and ability to pull information from Google and try to track a solution to an issue will be very handy
A successful candidate will have an innate ability to anticipate needs, enjoy helping others, and have impeccable attention to detail.
