Full-Time Senior Property Manager
SUMMARY:
This position is for a full-time salaried career to be the lead property manager of around 100+ units. You will be responsible for the full daily activities involved with the company. You will only report to the owner. Must have property management experience and willingness to want to take on a new challenge.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
2 Year or more in full time property management.
North Carolina Real Estate License
Experience working with Buildium software preferred. Other similar systems would a plus also.
Experience in book keeping
