West Elm Outlet, located at the Asheville Outlets Mall, is seeking energetic motivated individuals who enjoy working as team players to contribute to store goals and deliver results. Sales Associates will assist customers with selecting and coordinating furniture and home decor merchandise, assist with store merchandising, maintenance, and clienteling services. Stock Associates will assist with truck unload, processing, tagging, and moving furniture and products to the sales floor, as well as assist customers with purchase pick up. Entire store organization and cleanliness, personal productivity, and great communication skills are essential to all positions. Lifting and moving heavy items, using safety/moving equipment, and team lifts are expectations of both positions.
