We are currently seeking a highly motivated, adaptable In-Home Sales professional to play a vital role on the leading team in the Renewable Energy market. In this role, you will receive pre-set appointments via our CRM tool and travel to a customer's home. Additionally, you will educate clients on the benefits of Solar energy solutions, close sales, and be part of a rapidly scaling team with an unparalleled opportunity for growth.
Responsibilities and Duties
Conduct sales presentations with prospective customers in their home and prepare customers for an energy product purchase and secure energy sales.
Educate homeowners on how solar can save them money and help the environment.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of Momentum Solar products, promotions, and sales offerings.
Properly prepare for appointments by building proposals, preparing for objections
Maintain current knowledge of the latest company and industry developments by attending sales meetings, and training.
Accurately disposition and report on outcomes via our CRM tool
Qualifications
Relevant prior in-home sales experience with a strong record of achievement is an asset, but not required
For those with the drive, determination, and right core skill - we'll train you to thrive on our team
Bulletproof confidence with exceptional communications and presentation skills
Unique capacity to connect with and talk to anyone
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Prior exposure working in canvassing, home shows, malls and/or mailers a plus
Demonstrated track record in closing company generated leads
Must possess positive outlook and intrinsic desire to achieve
Must successfully complete a background check
Must possess a valid driver's license
