We look for folks who have flexible schedules, to pick up shifts to help out team members with time off and sicknesses.
At Asheville Salt cave we are a busy, supportive team, who hold positive attitudes, with a passion for hard work and strong ethics. We are a busy wellness center and we look for experienced massage therapists with great client communication skills and a therapeutic dynamic skill set. We offer our clients an exceptional massage and bodywork session regarding their specific needs and expectations. Massage Therapist will be trained in all our unique services.
We look for massage therapists who may already be trained in some form of energy work (reiki 2, craniosacral, healing touch, polarity etc.), and if not, is willing to get training/certified with in 3 months of hire date.
We are proud to offer leading pay in Asheville plus gratuity as well as MT are paid as employees W2.
Basic starting rate for a 1 hour massage is $50+ and goes up for our higher priced services as well as add ons.
