Full time IT Technician needed for Asheville and surrounding areas

We have an opening in our exponentially growing Tech business for a reliable, hard-working, and versatile individual. We service thousands of regional clients on-site and in-shop, and are looking for someone who can do a range of duties as well as travel to on-site jobs during the day.
We support all computer repair and IT-related needs, offering computer and networking services to residences and businesses in Asheville and surrounding areas.
Service includes help with setup, troubleshooting, maintenance, training, data backups, and computer repair across a wide variety of systems.
Compensation:
-$14 - 20 an hour. Determined by experience
-Living Wage Certified.
Responsibilities:
-Break\fix troubleshooting and repair of Windows and Apple computers and peripheral devices.
-Windows and OS X management and troubleshooting, solving networking issues, and printer repairs.
-Experience with Managed Service Providers, iOS, and Windows Servers, VPN, and CloudStorage (iCloud, Google, Box, Dropbox, Onedrive) is a plus.
-We are looking for a resourceful tech who isn't afraid of learning new things and can figure out a problem they haven't encountered before.
-One of our strongest attributes here is customer service. We require an individual who can efficiently communicate with the clients and his or her fellow technicians and co-workers.
-You will be expected to perform on-site appointments with clients and maintain steady and clear documentation of the jobs performed and tasks\procedure required for resolution of the ticket.
Requirements:
-Vast experience with Apple and Windows repairs is a must .
-Expereince with Servers and Business Networks
-Knowledge, efficiency, and consistency with troubleshooting and repairs include software, hardware, and especially networking.
-Experience working on-site tech support is highly preferred
-Valid driver's license for traveling to on-site repairs
-Ability to work full-time
-Friendly demeanor and experience with customer service, tech support, and billing
-Good communication skills both verbal and written
