We are a custom cabinet shop and need a full time installer to join our team. The work will be primarily cabinet and countertop installation with the occasional crown molding to do. We would hire someone with experience and proven ability and pay accordingly either as a full time employee or as a subcontractor (with workers comp insurance).
We also would train the right individual who is interested in this position and in learning a skilled trade that involves working with your hands and your mind
There may also be shop work from time to time for full time hourly employees depending on installation workload
We supply power tools, ladders, and the like. Employee provides own hand tools. We also supply an install trailer for tool and supply storage to allow you to get your job done effectively
We will reward employees or subs who are efficient and accurate in installations

You:
can lift 60 pounds
can work from a step ladder
have proficient math skills including fractions and simple geometry, conversion from imperial to metric
good communication skills via text and telephone
valid drivers license and good transportation to get yourself to work, we get the stuff there
