Expected to have experience doing outside osb board on gable ends, measuring/ cutting precise cuts, tar paper then shingle roofs finish with ridge vents and ridge shingles, and use of varity of power tools and saws. Must be comvortable working off extention ladders, roofs, mud, all seasons and all types of weather, willing to work until job is done, willing to do other things unrelated to carpentry or roofing ( prep and unwrap plastic from modular sections before setting them with crane), and listen and follow direct orders. Need a 100% reliable and trustworthy worker. Be willing to do there things. Can not be late or no show for any reason. we set modular homes and crane is pre scheduled and paid for no changing date or refunds. will be terminated for being late or no show. Will be paid cash on Fridays.
