Seeking leads and laborers for home renovation company. We are a very motivated team and attention to detail is a must. This is not a blow and go company. The lead position is a hands on position. Applicants for the lead position should meet the following requirements:
Be able to have a 2 week look ahead on jobs
Be able to manage 1-3 carpenters/laborers
Be able to read plans
Be able to plan material take offs
Overall knowledge of the complete home remodeling and building process
Lead applicants should have the following skills:
Framing
Trim
General carpentry
Light drywall
Paint
Light electrical
Light plumbing
Tile
Etc
