We are a family owned landscape and hardscape company in Asheville, NC. We've been in the area for over 20 years and have developed relationships with residents and their properties to provide weekly maintenance and installation year round.
We are seeking a knowledgeable gardener to lead a crew in the care of established residential properties. Maintenance includes but is not limited to: planting shrubs, trees, and flowers, weeding, hand pruning, mulching, fertilizing, and general outdoor clean up (raking, blowing leaves, etc.).
Requirements:
-Knowledge of ornamental plants and trees and their required care
-Management skills to timely coordinate and prioritize daily/weekly maintenance tasks for multiple residences
-Ability to take instruction and delegate to crew members
-Strong design skills for the layout of plants and flowers within the landscape
-Good communication skills for working with home owner's needs and requests
-Must be comfortable working outside daily, able to lift 50lbs, climb ladders and use gardening tools
-Driver's license
This position will be full time Monday - Friday 8AM - 4:30PM. Ability to speak Spanish a plus!
