Looking for an ON SITE mobile home repairman/lawn maintenance person. Must submit background check, 1 bedroom mobile home included at $400 per month expense to manager.Individual or a couple can fill this position NO RENT COLLECTIONS ApplicaNT IS ON CALL AS NEEDED We own 9 mobile homes open the property to repair as needed. P{pickup truck provided for PARK use. only as needed. Lawn care last about 9 months with leaf removal and mowing as needed. Applicant is also responsible for keeping dumpster area clean from debris.
