We're doing interior trim on high-end projects so attention to detail and having pride in your work is a must.
Work is in the Asheville area
We will train the right person, but ask that you have some experience with power tools

Personal Required Attributes:
-Self-motivated individual that can work in teams and independently
-Willingness to learn from others as well as teach those less knowledgeable
-Punctuality, for the most part. We're all late occasionally
-Professional appearance and demeanor
-The ability to organize and prioritize workload
-Maintain an organized and clean job site
-Good communication skills
-ability to work on scaffolding is a plus, but not required
Very competitive compensation based on skill level. 1099 or W2.
