We are a locally based E-commerce company in a niche industry and we are growing and expanding!
We currently seek a highly motivated and skilled person to fill a Customer Service and Administrative position with us. The position is remotely based/from home (high-speed internet is necessary) but with local meetings/checkins and does offer flexibility as long as the basic needs of the position are met.
We are a family-focused atmosphere with kids, dogs, and significant others all in the mix and welcomed. We understand that family comes first and make that a priority in our business.
Responsibilities Include:
Answering inbound calls from customers or potential buyers
Responding to email/ticket communications in a timely manner
Monitoring our Facebook page and responding to comments
Escalating customer issues when necessary
Handling shipping related inquiries and issues
Communicating with vendors/support staff on questions or issues to find the best resolution
