We are looking for experienced cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers who are interested in investing in the team they are joining. We are looking for individuals who cultivate positive energy, have a passion for food, are fun to work with, and seek to continuously improve themselves as well as the skills of the team.

We are open 7 days a week with shifts available all days and times. Full and part time are both options, and we can work with school schedules. Experience is not necessary for all positions. We require some availability during holidays and university breaks. This includes graduation weekend, fall break, Thanksgiving break, and winter break.
We make fresh pasta and ravioli and have a large selection of beer and wine. We strive to provide guests with reasonably priced high quality food and attentive service in a relaxed environment.
Applicants for the line cook position should have experience cooking on a line, and be interested in service running well. This position offers a range of creative and leadership opportunities as well as the possibility of promotion. On the creative side we seek to offer new beer and wine pairings, sandwiches, entrees, appetizers, ravioli and noodle flavors, desserts, and take-away meals for the market. Applicants should have daytime as well as evening availability. Full time and part time employment are both available. Shifts are available include 9am-5pm, 11am-8pm, and 12pm-8pm.
Prep cooks should be generally familiar with kitchen operation and interested in gaining new skills. Full time and part time employment are both available. The possibility for advancement exists as you master skills and show desire to learn more.
Experience is not required for dishwashers. Applicants should be interested in learning new skills, working efficiently, and cultivating positive energy. This position is a great entry into the industry.
Leadership opportunities for all positions include learning restaurant management, helping improve systems and processes, and working to hire and train new employees. We are looking for people who are interested in identifying problems as they arise, and working with the team to solve them.
