We are looking for cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers who cultivate positive energy, have a passion for food, are fun to work with, and seek to continuously improve themselves as well as the skills of the team.
We make fresh pasta and ravioli and have a large selection of beer and wine. We strive to provide guests with reasonably priced high quality food and attentive service in a relaxed environment. We believe that everyone on our team contributes to us meeting our ultimate goal-customers leaving happy.
We are open 6 days a week with shifts available all days and times, and will soon return to 7 days a week. Full and part time are both options, and we can work with school schedules. Experience is not necessary for all positions. We require some availability around holidays and during university breaks. This includes graduation weekend, fall break, Thanksgiving break, and winter break.
Applicants for the line cook position should have experience cooking on a line, and be interested in service running well. This position offers a range of creative and leadership opportunities as well as the possibility of promotion. On the creative side we seek to offer new beer and wine pairings, sandwiches, entrees, appetizers, ravioli and noodle flavors, desserts, and take-away meals for the market. Applicants should have daytime as well as evening availability. Full time and part time employment are both available. Shifts are available include 9am-5pm, 11am-8pm, and 12pm-8pm.
Prep cooks should be generally familiar with kitchen operation and interested in gaining new skills. Full time and part time employment are both available. The possibility for advancement exists as you master skills and show desire to learn more.
Experience is not required for dishwashers. Applicants should be interested in learning new skills, working efficiently, and cultivating positive energy. The possibility for advancement exists as you master skills and show desire to learn more. This position is a great entry into the industry.
In addition to food related skills employees can expect to learn restaurant management, improving systems and processes, and training new employees. We are looking for people who are interested in identifying problems as they arise, and working with the team to solve them.
