Lost Province Brewing Company is a locally owned and operated Brew Pub located in Downtown Boone, NC. We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to Manage the Front of House. Duties will include:
Managing all Front of House Staff in coordination with Assistant Front of House Managers
Coordination with Back of House Management
Ensuring all Guests are served with gracious hospitality
Updating POS and Menus
Maintaining Inventory and Par Levels
Ordering Supplies as needed
Following and enforcing all company Policies and Procedures
Developing Policies and Procedures as needed
Hiring and Staff Development
