We're looking for someone that has experience as a property acquisition specialist.
You'll be calling FSBOs, expired listings, and leads we generate to negotiate a purchase on our behalf.
You should be good at building rapport and trust and be creative with structuring deals. A lot of the deals we buy involve buying subject to with the financing in place.
Our goal is to keep you selling as much as possible so all you need to do is submit the seller information sheet you filled out on the call to our deal assistants and you're done with the deal. We don't keep you bogged down in paperwork or other activities.
About you: Youre truly a resourceful person that just gets things done with absolutely no excuses. You have a burning desire to succeed, are highly motivated and never say die. You are creative and communicate with piercing persuasiveness. You believe you can be the best at almost everything you do, and can prove it. You don't need hand holding and know that you can handle anything thrown at you. You're done with corporate America and just want to work without all of the nonsense.
