Want to be part of a small team, have autonomy, and work where you are appreciated ? I am looking for someone with 15-20 hours a week for maintenance superintendent at an 9 year old building in Boone. The building is in excellent shape. You must have HVAC, Appliance, maintenance and carpentry skills, references and a clean background record.
Never boring or stressful. Work with polite, appreciative graduate students and mature renters.
You will feel part of a small but great team.
Prefer older retired from another position or veteran to apply. Hourly rate as independent contractor $18 hour with potential to increase.
