Summary:

Seeking a

Senior Enterprise Project Manager with a minimum of 5 to 10 years of Project Management experience, business and financial acumen, strong leadership skills and clinical laboratory experience. Position will support large initiative(s) that may involve multiple stakeholders and span across several internal businesses, business units, corporate teams, and department and externals partners. Position requires clear, concise communication skills and the ability to navigate and influence various priorities directly with project teams, mangers and executive management.

Responsibilities:
  • Interacting with senior management stakeholders to oversee and manage complex projects.
  • Assisting the project sponsor and other stakeholders with the development of project definition / criteria.
  • Ensuring that project scope and objectives are met within the given time and budget constraints.
  • Working with various managers and external partners to secure the appropriate project resources.
  • Defining, building, and overseeing the development of project scope and schedule.
  • Coordinating and tracking the project activities throughout the duration of the project.
  • Monitoring and handling issues, risks, and project level deviations; escalating significant items as appropriate.
  • Facilitating constructive project change; administering change requests.
  • Determining project communication needs; creating the vehicles of communication as appropriate (meetings, presentations, etc.).
  • Analyzing project components as needed; creating analytical models/reports to support the project.
  • Communicating project information and status to project stakeholders.
  • Fostering teamwork among the project team and outside groups.
  • Managing the relationship with groups outside of the project team (end-users, support teams, consultants, vendors, etc.).
  • Making methodology recommendations and coordinating implementation.
  • Operating comfortably in an environment with tight schedules and high expectations; with autonomy, patience and flexibility.
  • Working with project team, business owner(s) and sponsor to successfully achieve project objective(s).
  • Minimal travel anticipated; ability to travel up to 50% if required for periods of time.
