The engagement will be responsible for nurturing the relationships with clients as part of execution of existing engagement / projects.
The engagement Manager will be the clients' first point of contact for any aspects related to the project delivery, execution, customer satisfaction related to our services Expectations from the Role Nurture relationships with our customers as their primary point of contact
Accountable to deliver and plan projects effectively Monitor and enable compliance to contractual commitments Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities Work with sales teams to support new business
Work with delivery, pre-sales and studio organization to come up with solution for the proposal the identified opportunities
Act as a first point of contact for the rest of the organization for any account related capability aspects
Prepare reports on project performance Competencies required Proven track record of delivery as IT Program / Delivery Manager
Customer interaction and management experience
Ability to articulate digital solutions Experience / data / analytics Ability to interpret data and derive solutions to address issues coming out of performance data
