Description Robert Half is currently seeking a Project Coordinator in the Raleigh, NC area for a great opportunity with a cutting-edge company! We are looking for an individual who is passionate about teamwork, takes pride in their work, and is not afraid of solving difficult challenges. This individual will assist project managers teams with the coordination of resources, equipment, meetings, and information. They organize projects with the goal of getting them completed on time and within budget. Daily roles and responsibilities will consist of standardizing and introducing economies of repetition in the execution of projects. The Project Coordinator is the source of documentation, guidance and metrics on the practice of project management and execution.Your ResponsibilitiesServe as a key point of contact/liaison for US Country IS Management
Lead/Organize and support projects managed by Senior IS Professionals
Support requirement gathering and use case evaluation of business-sponsored initiatives
Perform detailed data analysis in support of key programs
Prepare action plans evaluate risks and opportunities and complete gap analyses
Project demand stakeholder status updates
Support internal control reviews and internal audit requirements as necessary
Basic administrative activities including coordination and facilitation of meetings with both technical leads and business partners user escalation support preparing communications presentations process documentation and technical memorandums

Requirements
Your backgroundStrong computer skills required specifically MS O365 product suite applications i.e. Excel PowerPoint Planner Power Automate etc.
ERP experience SAP preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with an analytical mindset and an aptitude for problem-solving and attention to detail project management skills are a plus
Experience with and ability to effectively handle highly sensitive and confidential information
Corporate experience preferably in Management Information Systems and/or Finance functions
Flexible enjoys working in a fast-paced environment action-oriented and team player
Must have completed bachelors degree from an accredited university business emphasis preferred
