Lead QA Automation Engineer

Please note that this role will be based in North Carolina and candidates must be prepared to relocate within 4 weeks if not already in NC


We have an excellent opportunity available for a Lead QA Automation Engineer in the Raleigh/Durham are of North Carolina.

They have been growing from strength to strength and have been going through a large hiring phase. The client are planning to ramp up their QA automation coverage and have an opening for a Technical Lead within QA Engineering capable of programming and automation skills.

The company are very established but lack resource in the QA department, so the role will allow to come in and shape the future direction of the entire Automation Framework.

Ideally you will have previously designed and built entire Automation Frameworks from scratch. You will also be capable of the up-keep and maintenance, researching technology modernizations to ensure the best possible performance for the platform.

Lead QA Automation Engineer:

• Computer Science degree or similar


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Between 8-10 years' experience in a QA Automation role


• Experience with Test Automation tools such as Selenium Webdriver


• Strong programming skills - preferably java


• Experience in all aspects of functional testing across a broad set of technologies


• API & UI


• Experience in an Agile environment
