We would prefer someone with an automotive background and/or 3-5 years experience as an office manager.
Duties Include:
Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Perform Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations
Be able to do IC and GL adjustments
Inventory Audits
Follow up with Vendor Returns and refund collections
Conduct weekly financial meeting with Management
Requirements:
QuickBooks knowledge, preferably QB Enterprise
Microsoft Office Proficient (Primarily Outlook, Office & Excel)
Attention to detail and staying on task
Organized
Ability to Multi-task
Good written and verbal communication skills
3-5 years office and accounting experience
Professional dress and appearance
