We are currently looking for interested candidates to join our team here at the CLT Airport. The Terminal Manager will help run day to day operations, oversee the frontline staff team, and work with the Operations Managers to maintain the current relationships and potentially grow the current contracts at the airport or offsite.

Responsibilities:

Oversee current operations

Implement company culture, values, and policies

Oversight of a complex airport operation and follow through on employee accountability

Assist in oversight of station administration, employee development, and leadership staffing
