Working for a Great, Progressive Company, the position will be involved in the day to day customer service and communications between the company's and its clients. As an Account Specialist, your main responsibilities will revolve around delivering superior customer service to our clients. This position requires frequent and effective communication via phone, email, and in-person. Routine duties will include taking orders, data entry, and responding to inquiries regarding shipment tracking, physical inventory and order status.
Team members in this role are required to act professionally and have impeccable communication skills in all correspondence. At times, the work environment can become hectic and stressful so the ability to stay focused and organized while multi-tasking is a must.
Ideal candidates will be self starters, able to perform their duties in an efficient manner, with an emphasis on accuracy and quality in everything they do. Additionally, all members of our team are expected to treat co-workers and clients with respect and courtesy at all times.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Fielding inbound and outbound phone calls
Frequent email communications
Maintain current knowledge of assigned accounts and their processes and procedures
Process inbound shipment and return paperwork in compliance with SOPs
Manual data entry of orders and other client information
Electronic file manipulation and troubleshooting
Providing support to other team members as needed
Qualified candidates will possess the following:
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year customer service experience (warehouse knowledge is a plus)
Windows PC experience including web browser and MS Excel skills
Positive attitude
Fast learner with a desire for continuous improvement
Strong attention to detail
Excellent time management skills and problem solving abilities
Professional demeanor
This opening is for a full time position (8:00 am - 4:30 pm; Mon - Fri). Starting pay will be $11+/hr (DOE) with benefits offered after a probationary period.
