Part-time customer service position available immediately.
Monday-Friday, 9AM-3PM - 30 hours a week.
Primary responsibilities will be answering phone calls, emails, chat sessions, sales and service, customer inquiries & issues and other duties associated with a customer serivce position.
Maintaining and updating notes in customer's orders and good follow up and resolution on customer's issues. Some light office duties as well.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
Compensation is $12 p/h.
Checkable references, drug screening and US Citizen or legally authorized to work in the US.
