Looking for a PT front desk person for a Storage facility which also rents U-haul:
Move customers in and out via the storage software system.
Take payments on customer and post to accounts.
Make sure all paper work is filled out correctly IE lease.
Call customers who are delinquent and arrange payment plan.
Rent U-haul trucks and trailers by dispatching using U-haul POS system.
Check trucks in and charge customers for all charges.
Clean and sweep out back of trucks and trailers as needed.
Sell retail Boxes, tape, locks etc.
Make sure trucks are clean and displayed neatly.
Able to move large trucks and trailers around yard. (This is very important)
Keep office clean and in an organized manner.
Other responsibilities as they arise.
This position is only 2 days a week, but more days may become available in the future.
