They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.The Wholesale Control organization sits within Wholesale Banking and operates as front-line risk management. The mandate of the Wholesale Control organization is to identify risks, design and implement controls, and execute and monitor the controls to ensure they are working effectively to manage risk for Wholesale Banking businesses and customers. This will create an integrated holistic view of risk for Wholesale Banking by aggregating risks across risk types and lines of business.The Control group coordinates with the Wholesale lines of business, our Independent Risk Management organization, Wells Fargo Compliance and Wells Fargo Audit Services to advocate and ensure alignment in scope, purpose, expectations, and execution of the Wholesale Control programs and operations.The Chief Operating Office (COO) team within Wholesale Control serves as the “executive arm” for a myriad of activities performed by Wholesale Control. As a recently reorganized team, the COO supports Control infrastructure and business enablement. The COO team provides leadership and guidance for Wholesale Control business functions, including but not limited to: communications, expense management, finance support, governance and programs, infrastructure support, management reporting, regulatory relations, real estate management, risk data analytics, self assurance, strategy and initiative management, team member development, workforce management. The COO team is the single point of contact with key partners across Wholesale and the Enterprise and ensures Wholesale Control business functions are aligned with key priorities and strategies.This Administrative Assistant 4 position is a contributing member in the Wholesale Control Administrative Support team, within WC’s Chief Operating Office (COO) - Business Management team. This role will conduct a variety of administrative support functions for Wholesale Control leaders.Individual Responsibilities:Performs a variety of administrative tasks to support one or more senior managers. Duties include: Travel management, expense management, calendar and meeting schedule management, team distribution lists maintenance, large meetings & events coordination and logistics, equipment requests submissions.The role is also responsible for location support which consists of:

Distribution of mail / package delivery

Day 1 onboarding support (badges, I-9, etc.)

Serve as Area Owner proxy and first point of contact for building access

Support Enterprise Eco Solutions and Corporate Properties related requests

Support office supplies management (kitchen and stationary)

Provide offboarding support (collect TM equipment)

3+ years of administrative support experience
