Job Description:

Role Summary/Purpose:

This AVP, Health & Wellness Consumer Analytics role plays a critical role in driving Health & Wellness credit sales and cardholders’ engagement among CareCredit Private Label cardholders. This role will develop deep dive analyses, provide actionable analytical insights and collaborate with Health & Wellness cross-functional teams to optimize customers lifecycle communications.

This position is remote, where you have the option to work from home. On occasion we may request for you to commute to our nearest office for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and culture events. We’re proud to offer you choice and flexibility.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Observe Health & Wellness growth opportunity, initiate and develop analytical framework to support business cases, and present to business partners and management

  • Partner closely with Health & Wellness Consumer Marketing team to design cardholder lifecycle campaigns, evaluate performances, develop insights, and make actional recommendations to optimize future campaigns

  • Work with offshore analytics team and act as mediator to convey analytical findings to business partners

  • Present complex analytical information to all level of audiences in a clear and concise manner Collaborate with offshore analytics team, assigning and managing delivery of analytical projects as appropriate

  • Perform other special assignments as business requires

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree OR in lieu of Degree, a High School Diploma / GED and 7+ years analytics experience in marketing, portfolio management, product development, loyalty program in credit card / consumer businesses, or credit card risk strategy or retail analytics.
  • 3+ years of progressive work experience including:
    • 2+ years analytics experience in marketing, portfolio management, product development, loyalty programs in credit card / consumer businesses, or credit card risk strategy or retail analytics
    • 2+ years of experience utilizing SAS, SQL or other analytical tools to perform data mining and complex analysis

Desired Characteristics:

  • Experience working with offshore team members/resources

  • Experience supporting marketing, sales or business development from an analytics perspective.

  • Product or marketing campaign analytics experience

  • Experience helping business stakeholder’s analytic requests to support business initiative and providing analytics insights for campaigns and driving growth/product success

  • Ability to solve business questions through quantitative approaches and translate to business insights

  • Strong understanding in credit card industry, Marketing, financial P&L drivers.

  • Experience with SAS, R, SQL, or other data mining/statistical software

  • Experience with modeling/forecasting, strong understanding of targeting and segmentation and how to implement in real life business

  • Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tool preferred

  • Demonstrate ability to manage complexity and multiple assignments with less supervision

  • Excellent communication skill both verbal and written

Eligibility Requirements:

  • You must be 18 years or older

  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent

  • You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process

  • You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

  • New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 24 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must have at least a “consistently meets expectations” performance rating and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance requirement).

The salary range for this position is 75,000.00 - 150,000.00 USD Annual

Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA and Metro NY and some positions are bonus eligible.
