job descriptionBusiness Analystjob summary:S/he will be responsible for eliciting and documenting requirements, data mapping, metadata and the coordination of user acceptance testing and technology releases in support of data and analytics initiatives and in line with audit requirements. While delivering in a fast-paced environment s/he will focus on completeness, clarity and accuracy while managing risk.Specifically this analyst will:
Elicit requirements for small and large data initiatives and create standard documentation
Build functional systems design documentation
Document data elements, mapping and metrics for traceability/lineage and use in reports
Document and maintain metadata
Prepare specifications for system changes
Coordinate to ensure completion of testing UAT testing
Coordinate system releases with technology partners
Create documentation for training, help resolve questions and recommend changes
Establish partnership with insights and reporting teams, lines of business, technology and allegation management teams

qualifications:Required Qualifications:
6+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both
3+ years of SQL experience
4+ years of experience leading the requirement design process with both technical and business partners
2+ years of data warehouse experience
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Project management experience
skills: Desired Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to deliver multiple concurrent projects
Experience with data models, data relationships and data mapping
3+ years of Teradata or similar experience
Experience with Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
2+ years of conduct management, risk or regulatory experience
Exposure working on speech or text analytics projects
