Job Description:
Main tasks performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.
Responsibilities:
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Performing requirements analysis.
Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Performing user acceptance testing.
Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
Desirable to have some financial messaging or middleware experience
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in business analysis or a related field.
Excellent documentation skills.
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
This is a Non-Employee Contingent Worker Role providing services for TIAA’s family of companies and will be employed by TIAA\'s preferred 3rd Party Supplier. As a Non-Employee CW, perform a variety of moderately complex business planning, support, and project-related duties.
