  • Job Title: Business Analyst (Swift) - Treasury

  • Location: Remote until Covid clears-

  • Locations open include Charlotte, Winston Salem, Jacksonville, San Francisco and Minneapolis based.

  • Duration: Contract approx 2 years


Critical Skills and Experience:


  • Minimum 5 years business analysis experience specifically in the field of business requirements development for banking products and services

  • Experience developing business requirements in support of Treasury Management products and services (i.e. Liquidity Management, Accounting, Payments, FX, Risk)

  • Knowledge of full SDLC

  • Exposure to Agile methodology is a plus


Required Skills and Experience:

Experience and knowledge of International Payment products.

i. Swift Payments MT103, 202 - 1 or more projects in related areas > 6 months.

ii. Nostro Clearing and Settlement


  • Foreign Exchange and Money Market trades is a plus

  • Prior experience with any Core banking system (i.e. Bank-in-a-box) is a plus

  • Prior experience of Agile software development as a SRCUM master or Product Owner is a plus

  • Prior experience of JIRA application.

  • Accounting

  • Basic knowledge of accounting in Bank; doesn't have to be an accountant.

  • Account services - DDA/MCA

  • Business Process Analysis and Modeling

  • Flow charting experience - Visio is a must. iGraphix is a plus.

  • Process oriented thinking and approach is important - ability to break down into step-by-step flow.

  • Business Requirements Gathering

  • Experience in writing Agile User stories and Epics is a must

  • UX development for Reporting tool is a plus

  • Coordinate and facilitate work across cross-functional teams (Product, Technology, Operations, compliance, financial crime, analysis and other key business partners), for the purpose of eliciting detailed business requirements.

  • Schedule meetings and coordinate with stakeholders to obtain subject matter expert input and drive out product features and functionality.
