RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Charlotte, NC that is seeking a Business Risk Consultant with risk, policy and financial experience. The consultant will work east coast hours.
Key Tasks:
Responsible for developing the approach and framework for collecting & evaluating all policies
Perform current state assessments, identify -Gaps-; Build out target state of the accountability/ownership model anchored to enterprise policies (i.e. Complaints, Issues Management, Customer Remediation, etc.)
Lead & Facilitate the Policy reviews and prepare documentation for corrective actions to address issues
Escalate Status Updates and Reporting to Executive Management (Operating and Management Committee) and Regulators via Established Governance Routines
Provide Business Support to Issue Management and Customer Remediation Policy Compliance and Execution
Create Monthly Executive Status report for all functions; including status of initiatives and success metrics
Develop a coordinated 2021 project roadmap with Leadership Team and Stakeholders
Communicate effectively and facilitate across multiple stakeholders with a keen focus on risk outcomes and accountability
REQUIREMENTS:
To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
