We focus on our clients' overall financial needs, with consideration and respect for their total relationship with Wells Fargo.Business Execution Services (BES) is responsible for leading and executing high priority work efforts across CIB. This role will support regulatory efforts within BES. As a Business Support Consultant 5 (BSC4), the ideal candidate will own and manage customer outreach & remediation efforts, understand components of a regulation and business applicability, design solutions and define process changes with core team, etc. The BSC4 will engage with senior CIB leaders across the Front Office, Legal, Compliance, and the Control Executive office, conduct project intake analysis, and identify and implement best practices across the regulatory change team.Employees support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check. Internal transfers are subject to comply with 17 CRF 240.17f-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and FINRA Bylaws, Article III, Section 3, which states that Associated Persons should not be subject to statutory disqualification. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and are required to report certain incidents.Required Qualifications8+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: business support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning in financial services demonstrated through work or military experience

8+ years of financial services industry experience

5+ years of securities industry experience

Desired QualificationsExperience consulting with internal clients and business

Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management

Experience leading regulatory and compliance projects

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Knowledge and understanding of strategic planning and execution

Experience leading efforts with multiple stakeholder groups

Ability to influence executive decision-making and successfully negotiate critical issue resolution related to program initiatives

Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment

Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
