THIS IS NOT A DATA ANALYST ROLE Must have strong technical ability in data and understand ETL concepts Job Summary: The ideal candidate possesses the professional experience, along with strong technical ability, to seamlessly blend data analysis and the day- to-day responsibilities of a Business Analyst into one role. As well as the capability to deep dive into data and understand ETL concepts. Responsibilities:
Leads project stakeholders in the analysis process, interacting to elicit and document data project requirements
Assists in the prioritization, planning, communication and coordination of projects.
Produces professional quality project artifacts including but not limited to business requirements documents, use cases, issue logs, test cases and other documents as needed.
Documents requirements and works with technical teams to provide solutions to promote data integrity in enterprise systems.
Serves as a critical resource and liaison between subject matter experts and technical experts throughout the project lifecycle.
Assists in the estimates of time required to deliver project artifacts and reports progress toward delivery goals throughout project.
Identifies and communicates both risks and solutions • Participates in the testing, QA and training of a product.
Assist in application support and management of defects, enhancements and change requests.
Able to work across programs and on multiple parallel tasks.
Demonstrated ability to function as a thought leader.
Experience and Qualification:
Minimum of 8 years of Business Analysis or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years project coordination or project management experience
SQL, this is going to be one of the main tools they use in their day to day
Basically writing SQL all day
MUST HAVE
2+ years of SQL experience
Complex queries to relational databases
Aggregating data
Strong knowledge and capability of utilizing MS Excel
Pivot tables
Basic V-loops Ability to write BRDs Advanced written and verbal communication skills
