Job Description
Coupa Consultant to join their team. This person will be brought on for the implementation and integration of Coupa into their existing environment and applications, and will administer the application once implemented. This person will be responsible for configuration, administration, user access, workflows, reporting, and user support on a daily basis. This person should have hands on experience using Coupa daily (a super user).

Desired Skill Set:
- 3-5 years of experience with Coupa (user or administrator)
- Coupa End user support experience
- Experience overseeing user access for applications
- Reporting experience

Job Summary
-Experience in P2P Indirect Procurement is mandatory.
-Manage common Coupa Admin tasks, Configure Content Groups, Enterprise, Company Codes, Chart of Accounts, approval chains, PO Customizations, Tax codes, PO Transmission methods, understand requirements around requisitions, POs, Invoices and configure workflow, receipts and tolerances, Deploy best Coupa practices.
-Enable cXML Suppliers, Punch outs & Catalogues, Contracts, PO cXML and Invoice transmission process, Compliant Invoicing, Invoice Posting in SAP, Oracle and other Non-SAP ERP Systems.
-Interact with the customer and do FIT Gap Analysis, Manage Coupa Release Upgrade, do impact analysis, SIT/UAT Testing, Understand Integrations between Coupa PeopleSoft HR, Oracle and Supplier Systems with 5 experience.
-Experience working on P2P integration objects such as Suppliers, Accounting Elements, Users, OK2PAY, Payment and Oracle EB Tax Sabrix is a plus.
-Coupa Certification required.
-Experience in any ETL / Middleware tool used for Data migration or sync - Bulk Transformation, Data Customization functions (concatenating, substring and so), Data Mapping, Performance, Log analysis/Audit is a plus
-Assists in the development of detailed system specifications for major business systems or technical support and/or development, integration and implementation projects.
-Applies systems solutions to business/technical problems through customer interactions, design, debugging, testing, and integration/implementation of automated information technology systems and components.
-Specific knowledge/experience with Procure to Pay business processes/applications and knowledge/experience with Informatica experience is a plus.
-Competent to perform all programming, development, and integration assignments without close supervision
-Be able to work on more complex application/technical problem identification and resolution, including responding to off-shift and weekend support calls.
-Works independently on complex processes and modules that may be used by one or more programs or systems.
-Performs integrated testing and customer acceptance testing of system components that requires careful planning and execution to ensure timely, quality results.
-Performs integration tasks for in-house developed systems and/or purchased hardware and software solutions.
-Assists customers with documentation, training and usability efforts
