The Analytics & Cognitive team leverages the power of data, analytics, robotics, science and cognitive technologies to uncover hidden relationships from vast troves of data, generate insights, and inform decision-making. Together with the Strategy practice, our Strategy & Analytics portfolio helps clients transform their business by architecting organizational intelligence programs and differentiated strategies to win in their chosen markets.
Analytics & Cognitive will work with our clients to:
Implement large-scale data ecosystems including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging cloud-based platforms
Leverage automation, cognitive and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions
Drive operational efficiency by maintaining their data ecosystems, sourcing analytics expertise and providing As-a-Service offerings for continuous insights and improvements
Qualifications
Required:
6+ years of relevant data management consulting or industry experience (master data, metadata, data architecture, data governance, data quality, data modeling, data standards, data strategy)
1+ year(s) Supply Chain project experience, to include: Data Strategy initiatives, Data Management capability maturity assessments and/or Data Management capability benchmarking analysis
1+ year(s) Supply Chain consulting or industry experience, to include: Supply Chain Strategy, Supply Chain Planning, Supply Chain Fulfillment, Sourcing & Procurement, Product Development and/or Data and Analytics
1+ year(s) experience leading and delivering complex technology engagements with resources in multiple locations
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
Preferred:
Life Sciences industry experience and knowledge highly preferred
Supply Chain data project experience, to include: Synchronized Planning (Demand Sensing and Shaping), Intelligent Supply, Smart Operations, Dynamic Fulfillment, Connected Customer and/or Digital Development
Knowledge of supply chain data domains (Product, Item, Material, Supplier/Vendor, Customer, etc.) for the deployment and build of data platforms including master data management platforms, data warehouses, data hubs, and data lakes highly preferred
Experience in architecting, designing, and configuring Master Data solutions (ie: Informatica MDM multi-domain edition, Informatica 360 solutions (Customer, Cloud/Customer for Salesforce, Product, Supplier, Reference), Stibo, Reltio, etc.)
Experience with data governance and data quality tools (ie: Informatica DQ, Informatica Axon, Collibra, Ataccama, etc)
Experience defining and adopting data standards and regulations (i.e. GDPR, CCA, BCBS, PIPEDA, CDISC; etc.)
Experience developing analytics on Cloud platform such as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform
Experience with Digital SCOR Models
Experience with Veeva
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (ie: MS PowerPoint)
Ability to create critical collaterals for client workshops and customer interactive sessions
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
An advanced degree in the area of specialization is preferred
