The Product Designer also works with the bigger design team to ensure the overall end-to-end experience is coherent. Finally, you are energized by getting working software in front of people, and you have clear examples of doing just that, with a measurable impact on customers.What you’ll be responsible for:Discovery and delivery design for digital servicing, which includes mobile banking, core digital platform features, and information architecture and product navigation

Delivering great experiences, in partnership with your scrum teams and the larger experience design team

Creating common UX deliverables including: Flows, wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces, interaction specifications

Partnering closely with product managers, developers, researchers, business analysts, and legal/compliance to align on customer needs and business goals, frame problems and shape solutions

Estimating and scoping design work; ensuring design deliverables are ready for development

Speaking to the details of the design solutions and user stories, answering questions and resolving ambiguities

Grooming user stories with the scrum team and identifying design-related user stories in the backlog

Financial services industry experience

Knowledge and understanding of project management principles: managing projects from beginning to end; that vary in scope and complexity

Leadership experience

Outstanding problem solving and decision making skills

Other Desired Qualifications6+ years of experience in UX design for digital products and experiences

A BA/BS or higher in Interaction Design or a related field

5+ years’ experience designing and delivering mobile and web products

2+ years’ experience working in an agile environment, with distributed teams and agile delivery tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)

Experience with design through the full product development lifecycle (discovery, concepts, prototypes, specs, delivery, iteration)

Consistently articulate a strong design rationale

Experience managing creative design efforts in a complex environment

Expertise with common design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma)
