Job Description

At Icy Global, we specialize in working in the nonprofit sector and help our clients increase their brand awareness, revenue, and productivity. At this time, we're looking for an ambitious Event Project Assistant to join our group of creators to assist in the development and distribution of marketing and promotional material for one of our nonprofit clients. Our ideal candidate is a bright, high-energy person passionate about marketing.

What You'll Do:

  • Generate marketing strategies for campaigns, study consumer behavior, and analyze performance data.

  • Create powerful campaigns and demonstrate how to reach our clients' target market.

  • Use the most effective content with the latest trends to increase our client's leads and donors.

  • Set up and coordinate functions and promotional events, putting our clients' services in front of the correct consumer demographic.

  • Support business growth through the hype of the nonprofit's services, branding, and advertising.

  • Display a systematic approach in carrying out responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or any related field

  • 1+ years of professional experience

  • Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking skills

  • Passion for marketing and/or nonprofits

  • Show eagerness and capacity to learn
