Job Description:
Responsible for performing loan servicing and operational support functions for several Global Mortgages LOB's. Candidate must be able to offer premium Client service and manage the relationships between our internal and external clients. This is a fast paced client driven environment which requires attention to detail and the associate to prioritize and analyze the situation to perform the correct oversight and review processes. Accurate and timely review for payment processing, reportingand oversight controls are critical to this role. Team usesvarious credit or operating systems (e.g.ACBS, LoanRunner, Cash Manager/FPS) This role also requires analytical reporting for Loan documentation review , breaks analysis and resolution. Other responsibilities may include training of associates, project work, creation of new procedures and reviews of existing procedures, operational risk and control analysis and reporting.
Responsibilities:
