-Experience working across business and IT stakeholders delivering projects
-Ability to manage deliverable working with team at offshore.
-At least 7 years of experience in-depth hands-on application development experience in Informatica ETL workflows and Exadata database
-Experience with data load performance tuning in Informatica and Oracle/Exadata
-Experience in Autosys and Python is huge plus
-Experience in Bit bucket and Ansible Tower tools on Horizon platform for CI/CD model
-Knowledge of Agile methodology, Scrum team, sprint planning, retrospective meet along with JIRA tool
-Excellent object-oriented analysis and design skills and system integration skills.
-Ability to work and communicate effectively with program management
-Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
-Knowledge of Banking or finance
-Strong communication, problem-solving skill
-Perform overall solution design and creation of design specifications to implement changes
-Good written and verbal communication skills
-Prior experience working with .NET is huge plus
