IT Business Analyst /Scrum Master - Charlotte, NC(Only W2)- Contract Role Description
Provide technical solutions to meet specific user needs.
Elicit, analyze, validate and document business requirements.
Translates high-level business requirements into functional specifications and manages changes to such specifications.
Communicates business direction to the IT organization.
Writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and performing refinement sessions.
Skills & Requirements
Minimum 8 years business / systems analyst experience or equivalent
Financial industry experience with an emphasis on digital
Web delivery project experience preferred
Proven experience in eliciting requirements and acceptance criteria in agile projects.
Demonstrated knowledge of Agile Methodologies (SAFe, SCRUM, Kanban) managing requirements over the software development life cycle.
Experienced in SCRUM/KANBAN/LEAN, and project planning at a sprint and iteration level
Demonstrated proficiency in tools (JIRA, JIRA Align)
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills; strategic thinker
Demonstrated strong partnering, negotiating and consensus building skills
Demonstrated strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills as well as facilitation experience. A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success. Ability to take direction and work autonomously. Team player. Good time-management skills. Great interpersonal and communication skills
