Job Title: IT Resiliency Test Strategy Product Manager/Consultant Location: Charlotte, NC (Center City/Uptown) Must be local - likely remote to start, but will be required onsite if work location opens up. Contract Duration: SHORT-TERM Approximately 1.5mo/6-7 weeks with option to extend

Rate: $55 to $61.65 per hour Tax Terms: Must be our W2 Sponsorship: NOT available Background Check: Yes - selected candidate must pass a thorough background check Description: Resource support needed to lead the development of the resiliency testing strategy document and the our Client resiliency service application, infrastructure, and data center testing roadmap and provide guidance based on experience, including industry trends, regulatory perspectives, and typical gaps. Will assist in reviewing documentation, conducting interviews with key stakeholders, and ultimately drafting the consolidated resiliency testing strategy document.?

Job Description
Responsible for managing the development of key deliverables, including current state discovery, the consolidated resiliency testing strategy document, and the execution roadmap.
Responsible for monitoring engagement progress against timelines, reporting project status to client stakeholders, and communicating any identified issues, risks, and mitigation plans.
Collects and reviews existing documentation and conducts stakeholder interviews to document current state observations and recommendations based on experience, knowledge of leading practices, and industry trends.
Provides subject matter direction and guidance to the Testing Strategy Senior Analyst and the Resiliency Risk Analyst.
Develops materials and assists in the facilitation of executive-level presentations.

Required Job Skills
7+ years of work experience, including at least 5 years at a financial services company or comparable experience working as a consultant in a professional services firm delivering advisory services.
Experience with successfully managing projects with defined deliverables, including managing the schedule, client relationships, communicating strategically around key issues, and conflict resolution.
Thorough understanding of complex information systems, technology organizations, enterprise resiliency, business continuity, disaster recovery, and regulatory expectations.
Knowledge of key IT management processes and industry frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL, ISO, CMMI).
Broad knowledge of the IT function and how IT enables the business through effective strategic planning, governance, and management discipline.


Resource is required to be on the assignment for the required hours as specified in the job description. Forty hours per week is the expectation in the absence of specified hours. Attendance and punctuality are essential components of the position; therefore, unexcused absences and tardiness could result in dismissal. The Product Manager facilitates the development and ensures completion of the business program through the coordination of tasks, issues and risks through the System Architect and the Project Managers on the program. Measures and monitors progress to ensure that the business capability is delivered on time and within budget, and that it meets or exceeds expectations. Experience, both in the problem domain (through a thorough understanding of business requirements) and the software engineering domain. Other responsibilities include client management relationship, leadership and management of the program typically delivering results through others, setting the technical and business direction for the group, effective allocation and use of resources through out releases, and establishing team environment.
