Job Description:

  • Person with hands on experience in managing IVR testing and Agent Desktop validation
  • Should have knowledge in building solutions using API, Winium, Selenium, QTest, Jira
  • Experience with Cyara CX modelling
  • Knowledge about Validating Omni channel, self-service Voice and Chat BOTs, Genesys Cloud
  • Have good understanding on SIP, RTP, CTI, SBC & Smart Client (Genesys WDE)
  • Should have built Test Strategy for larger program and have good communication skill.
