If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Leadership Development to join our Learning & Development organization.Responsibilities:Contribute to the design, development and implementation of leadership development solutions and other enterprise talent initiatives

Manage large- and small-scale program implementation, including vendor management, content and materials development and communication strategy

Recommend, design and implement measurement and evaluation strategies to assess impact and outcomes

Help to ensure the effective execution of higher-level program evaluation (application, impact studies)

Recommend actions based on analysis of evaluation results

Lead or support talent and/or Human Resources initiatives as needed and train junior members of the team

Qualifications:Minimum five years of experience in leadership development, executive development, learning and development, organization development or talent management; preferably implementing strategic learning solutions in a large, corporate environment preferably within a professional services firm

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Master's degree in Human Resources, Applied Psychology or Learning Strategies is preferred

Knowledge and experience in designing and implementing high quality, innovative, large scale leadership development solutions

Experience in effectively leading large projects, demonstrating strong organization and analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders, tracking deadlines & milestones and communicating status while also being attentive to details

Ability to influence, collaborate and work effectively with colleagues and senior leadership

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels; strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
