Manager for their Enterprise Portfolio Management Organization. This role will

provide leadership for process improvement within our enterprise. Qualified

candidates should have experience in project management, process improvement,

risk mitigation, and agile methodologies. This position will be located in

their Charlotte, NC office.Responsibilities:

Define strategy for the PPM (Project andPortfolio Management) Processes and Standards

Ensure Process meets its objectives

Define, document and publish the processes andstandards

Perform process audits and identifyopportunities for improvement of efficiencies and effectiveness of processesand standards

Ensure adherence to standards and processes

Provide high-end support and coaching servicesfor complex key Enterprise PMO processes to EPMO internal and externalstakeholders

Deploys process improvements across theenterprise to make the project organization efficient and transparent, andensure alignment with management objectives

Ensures the operational issues of the keyprocesses are managed within established tools, metrics and project managementstandards to provide quality, timely and cost effective deliverables in atimely manner

Work with Line Of Business, internal andexternal IT Project/Program Managers to ensure effectiveness and efficiency ofPPM standards and processes

Qualifications:Required:

Bachelor’s degree

Five (5) years’ experience with Project/ProgramManagement

Possess an in-depth understanding of industryknowledge on the design and implementation of PPM processes, standards, methodsand tools

Demonstrated experience with Change Management,Risk and Issue management, Timesheet management, SDLC and Project Managementtools and processes

Experience with Agile methodologies

Preferred:

Experience working with the CA PPM Clarity tool

Attention to detail, accuracy, precision andlogic

Adept at conflict resolution
